Chapter 271 Graduation (1)

It's time to graduate...finally, I would be free.@@@@

Yesterday, the session with Angela was very good. Since we wouldn't be seeing each other for a while, we had the best sex, which I am sure we would not forget for a while.

Today, the results of our graduation exam will be posted. Tomorrow, the graduation ceremony will be held and after that, goodbye Royal Academy.

It's not like I hate it here. No, I like it here but as long as I am here, I can never be free. I would always be under someone's watch, can never spread my wings freely as I want to.

Sometimes it is easier to tell your secrets to strangers than to the ones you know.

They are strangers, and most likely would never see again. So, nothing would be a problem but once your secret is out among the people that you knew, that would be it. The strangers may or may not share your secret, but that won't affect you but with the ones that you know, it would affect you more than you can assume.

The damage that would happen because of that would be catastrophic. This is why, most people would be more willing to talk with strangers than with the ones that they know.

Of course, I am not dumb and speak about some core secrets as that could cause the greedy ones to cause damage to you themselves. So, even if you feel better about sharing secrets, it's best to not share those secrets with anyone.

Ah, it looks like the exam results are posted. Let's check the results and see if I am still number one or not. It would be quite embarrassing if go out not being one, after staying in that position for four years.

As expected, I am first and Malia is second in the entire academy. There are no surprises there. Third, I don't care who that is.

Now that the results are out. There is only the Graduation Ceremony that was left. I believe that it will be tomorrow. Though as of now, there was no notification, from what I learned, the ceremony would be held the day after the results are posted and that means tomorrow.

After tomorrow, I will be leaving the academy for the final time.

I will certainly miss the academy. It has been five long years of memories here. Though some of them are sour, still this is a place where I spent five years of my life, that's a major chunk of my youth.

Moreover, the academy is the reason that made it possible to meet Angela, even Celine. Though only one of them is mine for now, I can still work on the other later. They are the best things that happened to me because of the academy, romantically speaking.

The greatest thing that happened to me was getting ownership of the Nexus.

If the academy didn't allow students to enter that secret realm, then there would have been no way for me to get ownership of Nexus. I would have certainly missed a lot of opportunities and I would have been in the most stressful place.

Nexus, after all, gave the best of things to me. Without that, I would not have reached Tier-6 this early nor my skills would have improved to such levels.

Though I would miss this place, I like it without eyes on me.

After that incident with William and Dorian, there are a lot of eyes on me, including the headmaster. I can feel them. Though I never showed that I knew, I knew about them keeping tabs on me, every once in a while.

They didn't bother me, but I don't like others eyeing me. There are many secrets that I would take to the grave no matter what. I can't let others know about those, no matter what.

So, the fewer eyes on me, the better.
