Chapter 329 Ch 332: Meeting with the Serenity Peace

Kitana and Koya were extremely surprised after knowing who Rein, Lopas and Luna were. As they were from the magic academy, Koya and Kitana were aware of the possibility that their life savers might be from a noble family but them being from a ducal family and the royal family was something that no one had expected.

Kitana was extremely nervous as basically in this city their organisation were technically going against the royal family by opposing the governor chosen by them. That was the reason why Kitana became nervous after knowing Luna's true identity.

But Luna told her not to worry about it and she was on their side. This was a great thing for the Serenity Peace as now even the royal family was with them.

This was something very major and Kitana immediately wanted to inform the higher ups of the Serenity Peace about it. Rein also thought that it was a good idea, as to make a more concrete plan, knowing the leaders of the Serenity Peace was important.

But as Kitana was being targeted by the mages of the governor, Rein was worried about her safety. There was still a chance that she might be attacked again immediately after leaving the inn.

For that reason, Rein at first decided to sent Lopas with her. As the daughter of a duke, she was influential enough to talk with the leaders of the Serenity Peace from a higher standing. But in the last moment, he needed to cancel this plan and it was decided that Rein himself would go with Kitana.

Lopas was unable to accompany Kitana because she needed to be with Luna when she would go to confront the city governor. Actually according to Koya, the strongest mage from the city governor's side was actually a subordinate of the house of Leonance. He was sent here by the duke to assist the royal family so he was supporting the governor according to his orders that he had gotten from the Leonance family.

As Lopas was the most beloved person of the Leonance family, even without being the head of the family, she was given special authority by her grandfather to order around any and all subordinates of the family.

After going through a fake wall and entering a small house, Rein followed behind Kitana and entered an underground passage. Rein was impressed by this whole secret base. Firstly the hidden wall was disguised with a very powerful magic.

Not only that but this whole area was blocked from most kind of sensing magic by the use of very intricate magic formation stacking up over one another. Whoever was responsible for them had done a phenomenal job.

After walking the in the hidden passage for a few minutes, Kitana and Rein found themselves in the middle of a somewhat large room. Five guard like armed people were there who were extremely surprised at first after seeing Kitana but immediately became tensed after seeing Rein.

Before Rein could say or do something, Kitana immediately went forward and explained Rein's identity to the people present. After learning that Rein was the head of a noble family, immediately all the people present there bowed and apologised to him.

Actually just being a part of the noble family and being the head of a noble family were completely different and the second one was way more respected. The reason for that was simple. Being the head of a family meant that the person in question was excellent enough to be recognised by the royal family which was a big deal.

After learning that Rein was here to help them, one of the people present there immediately went to informed the higher ups about this. Rein was also a rank 4 mage, so even without his authority, just with his power alone, he would be able to end the conflict here with brute force.

For this reason, as soon as the leaders of the higher ups came to know about Rein, they immediately gathered together to have a meeting with him. Most of the higher ups were also mages and had heard many things about the youngest rank 4 mage of their nation and the great prodigy. So they were extremely excited to have the chance to see someone like that face to face.

With Rein's fame, Luna and Lopas' identity and his generous proposal, the leaders of the Serenity Peace had nothing to complain about. So they accepted all of Rein's proposal without any resistance.

So things went extremely well in Rein's side but would that also be the case for the other side ?
