"So, you know that we are cursed not to break the balance in the world, but you didn't know what this curse is. It's something even worse than death or feeling pain every second. We're cursed to live alone from start to end. We all have someone we love from the beginning, but because of this curse, have to leave them alone in the world, even if it causes them pain and suffering. However, it won't last long as time mend the wounds easily, as those who try be with us only get eternal suffering and nothing else.

What we are cursed with is also our strength, which can help us greatly in fighting the enemy, but even our loved ones are affected by it. The curse we all are suffering from is called ≪Nirzveil's Covenant≫. It's actually a half curse and half blessing for us. This cursed blessing has six characteristics, are half blessing and half curse. They consist of: , , , , , and ."

, the first characteristic of the curse, transforms whatever you possess before becoming a member into the Darkness path. Every affinity you had before joining the family becomes a Darkness-aligned element, exhibiting traits like fracture, corrosion, or shattering. Each member has unique elements; for instance, my fire element turned into abyssal fire, my light element became the light of Corruption, and my strongest element, ice, transformed into the never-before-seen Ice of Void. I am curious to see what will emerge from your elements.

Second, , everything you come into contact will become corrupted by Darkness. Every single thing you hold will be corrupted, including living. Your loved ones will also be affected by this mutation, whether you wish it or not.

Third, , your soul becomes part of the origin itself, making you immune to every curse, mental control, soul corruption, and influence. However, your emotions will be stripped away every time you ascend a tier.

Fourth, , a pure blessing, increases the attack or defense power of whatever we are using while we are in the veil of darkness, which we always are.

Fifth, , a characteristic that made me and other members of our family a major target of the opposite gender, as while being cursed, all beings' charm value towards us increases to the peak, if they see our face or even an ounce of it. Even my closest ones were affected and died because of it, as the urge to touch our face increased in their hearts, and like a trap, they got affected by the corruption curse by us. This made us feel more guilty, as it gave us a true example of beauty that can shuffle all the land by itself destroying everything close to us. While the other effect was off the aura enchantment which made us quite a hard opponent to deal with.

"Hmm... you are such a cheap guy with such normal face aren't you. Even though I know you are going to get my help to get strong, asking too much is not possible..."

"Yes, you won't be getting anything except those things," Veylen said as he snapped his fingers. They all disappeared from one place and instantly appeared in another place within Rey's body.

"Where are we? Are we still inside my body?" Rey asked in shock as he found a room similar to the previous one but in a nonagon shape with nine sides and nothing there.

"Look above; the real thing is hidden up there," Veylen pointed upward as all four looked in the direction he indicated, and Rey's mouth opened to its limit upon seeing what was above.

"How the hell is these things doing in my body."
