Although many players in the past obtained this title, advancing in nobility or acquiring a fiefdom was incredibly difficult.

Reaching a million reputation could only bump you from Baron to Viscount, which only increases your monthly subsidy to 1,000 gold. Thus, most players regretted it, thinking they could have made more profit just by taking a 10,000 gold bounty.

Orson glanced at the description of the title and then quietly waited. Governing a town with fewer than 1,000 inhabitants didn't appeal to him.
