His gaze and touch made Zhouzhou wish she could chop off his hand. However, given the unclear situation, she restrained her anger and remained still.
"Lock them up first, starve them for a few days, and see if they behave. If they don't, beat them," said Er Lai coldly, devoid of emotion.
The man showed no surprise, as if accustomed to it, grinning as he took Zhouzhou and the others.
"Don't worry, I'm good at this," he said, with a hint of pride. He carried Zhouzhou and the others into a room, tossed them to the ground, and hummed a tune as he left.
Once his footsteps faded, Zhouzhou discreetly reached into her bag and pulled out a Soul Nourishing Talisman, flicking it onto the surveillance camera.
Zhouzhou didn't elaborate, changing the topic. "Brother, does your arm still hurt?" The boy moved his arm slightly, eyes widening in surprise—it no longer hurt! How had she done that?
He looked at Zhouzhou incredulously. "I told you, I'm very capable," she said with a smile, moving on to the next person.
The injuries were severe. Without timely treatment, they could be crippled. The others, drawn by the commotion, watched Zhouzhou work.
Initially numb and expressionless, hope began to glimmer in their eyes as their wounds healed. Could it be they had finally found their savior? But seeing Zhouzhou's small figure, they hesitated.
Could such a young girl handle those villains? Ignoring their doubts, Zhouzhou focused on treating the injured.
Some had superficial wounds, but others had lost limbs or organs, bleeding profusely.
Zhouzhou furrowed her brow deeply as she approached the most critically injured person.

He turned to the boy Zhouzhou had saved first, who was now in the best condition among them. He asked, "How many of them are there in total?"
"There are many," the boy gasped, leaning against the wall. "Probably seven or eight. They all carry knives."
He said this hoping they would leave quickly. Though it was clear they were skilled, they were still just kids, and those men were fierce. What if they couldn't fight them off?
To his surprise, rather than showing fear, the two of them exchanged glances and even seemed excited.
