A soft chuckle escaped Qin Bei's lips involuntarily. Zhouzhou was all well and good, but sometimes, she could be a bit naive.
What was the point of all this fuss? It was just aimless activity. His laughter sparked amusement among the other children, though there was no malice intended.
Yet, Zhouzhou's face still flushed with embarrassment. She puffed out her cheeks and addressed the teacher earnestly, "Teacher, I'm just gathering energy. I'll grow to be three meters tall in the future."
"Ha—," even the teacher couldn't help but laugh at this. Catching the little girl's distressed gaze, she cleared her throat and nodded with a smile, "Yes, I believe in you, dear. You'll definitely grow to be three meters tall."
With her confidence restored, Zhouzhou happily skipped to the spot the teacher had pointed out.
Being a bit shorter now didn't matter much; there were still decades ahead. When she did grow to be three meters tall, she'd laugh at them for being a bunch of shorties!
Observing Zhouzhou's self-assured demeanor, Li Yuxin couldn't help but feel a twinge of envy. She, too, wanted to be as confident as Zhouzhou in the future. Yes!
Before long, the seating arrangements were settled. Qin Feng and Huo Ji'an, having also skipped grades and both previously unwell, managed to secure seats on either side of Zhouzhou. Seeing familiar faces on both sides, Zhouzhou's mood lifted.

Sensing his discomfort, Zhouzhou patted their shoulders comfortingly. "It's okay, just eat well. Once we've gathered enough energy, we'll grow to be three meters tall."
At her words, Huo Ji'an glanced at her silently. She ate plenty, yet she hadn't grown much taller. Meeting his gaze, Zhouzhou raised a questioning eyebrow. "Little Skinny Pole, what are you thinking?"
Feeling the implied threat in her words, Huo Ji'an shivered and shook his head repeatedly. "Nothing, nothing. I think you're right. You'll definitely grow to be three meters tall!"
This was more like it.
Zhouzhou withdrew her hand, humming in response. No one would dare to discourage her! If they wanted to laugh, let them.

There was no helping it; Zhouzhou's fortune pigtails was easy to spot amidst the crowd because she was so short she could easily be lost in it.
"Brother Dafu!" Zhouzhou happily jumped up and down, vigorously waving at him.
Within a few steps, Qin Er reached her side. "I'm going to set up a stall. Are you coming?"
Zhouzhou nodded eagerly. "Of course!"
The matter of making money naturally couldn't proceed without her, Qin Caicai.
Qin Er nodded, opening his bag to show her the contents. It was filled to the brim with various snacks and toys that children loved.
