Lucas waited on the other side while listening to Bill make many awkward remarks one after another.
At first, from what he understood from his words, the guy in front of him was vigilant.
But after Bill told him a lot of stuff, the tension seemed to die down. Bill didn't show any signs to the guy that someone was on a call with him nor did he tell the guy about the inspection skill.
The name of the guy was Phil, he told Bill his story which Bill repeated without caring what the guy would think.
Phil had been surviving on his own for a long time, well, it was something he told Bill so for now, Lucas believed that. He leveled his skill by hiding and planting many plants with the help of his skill leveling it in the process.
Bill asked many more questions until his screening process was done.
-"If you'd like, you can come to our territory, follow the map, and reach the one in the north. It's not compulsory but you will be safe there. There are many people living there, I won't be telling you anything else. If you want, you can start traveling right away."-
Lucas heard the distortions from teh call again.
"Have you left already?"
-"Yes, I am in the shadows and observing Phil for the time being."-
"You could have guided him here but choosing the decision where you get to less socialize has always been your motto. Not like I support it."
-"What is done is done."-
"What's he doing right now?" Lucas asked with curiosity.
-"He is looking around totally shocked about where I went, I seemed to have triggered his paranoia or something."-
It may have been because he was stinking and had dirt dried on all over his body yet the people here were all very clean. Yet what he didn't know was that they all didn't care about that, there were days before when even they didn't wash themselves for days.
"Hello everyone..." Phil said with an awkward smile. He seemed to be so overwhelmed that he hadn't even noticed the amount of development there was around him. The defenses looked like it took ages to build them.
A shelter that was yet not in his vision because of all the people blocking the view yet he got the gist that something was there.
"I am John, this is my wife and my two kids," John said while pointing fingers.
Until he stopped and pointed at Lucas who was looking at Phil with a mature smile.
"He is Lucas, the leader of the territory," John stated and his voice was filled with pride as if Lucas was his son and he was boasting about him.
Phil looked at Lucas again, yet this time, he had his eyes wide and eyebrows arched for a second. The guy didn't seem to have control over his emotions on the face.

Everyone was surprised with how fine he was with an intruder.
"S-Sorry, I didn't want to be rude. I was just a little shocked for a second there." Phil said accepting his hand and shaking it twice before he continued, "My name is Phil Oslof, You can call me Phil too. Everyone can call me Phil."
His eyes went to everyone yet at the same time, he looked like he wasn't focusing on anyone's faces at all.
"No need for apologies, well, you will be tired from all the traveling, I would like to talk to you but for now, you can sit in our guest house.
"Guest house?" Haley asked from the side.
"Don't tell me you haven't seen it till now. Mike, show them your hard work. Phil, you can follow Mike. I will be there in a minute too."
"Is he the same person who bared his teeth at us when we met for the first time?" Jerry muttered in John's ears which made John chuckle.
