Chapter 73 White light
Leon heard a voice shout out and the sounds of approaching footsteps followed.
'They are coming.' Leon thought to himself and immediately turned quiet.
Swoosh!
A gust of wind blew, and a figure appeared beside the bush where Leon was; the person walked through the tall bush and spotted Leon's body.
"Found him!"
The person called out, and all the other cloaked figures quickly rushed over; they surrounded Leon's body.
"He's dead?"
"It's only possible that he's dead, how could a level 3 survive our combined technique? Even level 4 and level 5 martial artists can not survive it after getting hit on their bodies."
" True, but he managed to die with a full corpse, he's indeed extraordinary."
Leon silently listened to them chatting as he ran his Qi through his meridians and prepared to attack; he looked very dead on the outside, so the people didn't notice anything.
" You all stand back and look for the others, I'll search him."
A voice said before approaching.
Leon recognized this voice, it was the voice of the level 3 cloaked figure.
'Good, come closer,' Leon said inwardly as he patiently waited.
He could hear the greed in the figure's voice when he told the others to stay back while he searched Leon, he was obviously trying to keep all the good things or even everything to himself. The others were weaker, so they didn't dare to argue with him even though they were dissatisfied; he was their Senior, after all.
The footsteps got closer and closer before finally stopping, Leon felt a hand touch the robe around his chest as the fingers searched for something.
'Now!'
His eyes flung open at this moment and his hand moved.

With the ranked glove in his hand, Leon punched out with Qi at a very fast speed.
The figure was shocked by the sudden movement of what he thought was a dead body, his soul almost jumped out from his body when he saw Leon punching at him with a shocking speed.
'You imbeciles! How do you expect me to catch all of you if you go in different directions? You're giving me so much work here!' Leon thought as he found it difficult to choose who to chase after. No matter the side that he took, he was only one person and would only manage to catch one or two at most.
Just while he was hesitating, Leon saw a white light flashing through the forest at a crazy speed; his eyes were barely able to keep up.
The white light was like a huge blur as it rushed toward the fleeing figures. Anywhere the white light flashed to, a figure would scream miserably before stopping abruptly.
After just ten seconds of the white light appearing, all of the fleeing figures let out screams before stopping; they had most likely been killed by the white light.
"What's...that?" Leon mumbled with a worried look on his face as he slowly retreated, afraid that he would be next after the white light was done with the fleeing figures.
And he was right!
Immediately after killing off all the cloaked figures, the white light flashed through the forest before shooting toward him.
Leon's eyes widened like a sausage; he immediately turned around and ran with all his might, but how could he be faster than the white light that had managed to catch up with the cloaked figures?
In less than 3 seconds, the white light caught up with Leon.
Leon suddenly felt something heavy pounce on him from behind, and he fell to the ground; Leon turned around while falling and put his arms in front to shield himself while his eyes were tightly shut.
Leon felt that the thing pressing on him was rather ticklish as what felt like soft fur brushed against his arms.

A huge tongue suddenly licked his face and covered his face with saliva as a familiar voice called out.
"~Master,"
Leon's eyes flung open with a jolt, and he finally saw what was pressing down on him; the white light that had finished off all his enemies for him was a huge white fox!

The fox was so huge that it was easily over seven meters tall and had snow-white fur. Its large white eyes stared at Leon, and he could see the gentleness in its gaze as the fox blinked cutely.
Its large paws gently pressed on Leon's body without putting too much force while three cute white tails wagged behind it.
It was a huge and very cute three-tailed fox!
Thinking of how it wasn't hurting him and coupled with it calling him Master in a familiar voice just now, Leon instantly realized who this fox was.
