Chapter 193 – Analysis Complete
Evacuation immediately began. The citizens who had been staying inside the evacuation hall were confused as they were guided to the West Gate by the Bloody Guard.

"Move orderly! There is no danger at all. We will move to a better evacuation zone. Please everyone cooperate and let's move quickly!"
The guards shouted and urged the citizens to move faster. The East Gate was out of the question as it was filled with the enemy, and they had no choice but to go through the West Gate. The citizens looked confused and scared, but they knew that they couldn't stay in the city any longer.
Leading them, the Bloody Guard's commander, a man named Yang Gong, was giving out instructions. He was a man with a broad body and a face full of scars, which showed how many fights he had been through.
With him, the Bloody Guard moved like a well-oiled machine. They surrounded the citizens and kept them from falling into chaos.
Leo looked at the evacuation process from the top of the wall. He stood alone with his arms crossed, and his eyes darted toward the East Gate where he could see a group of human puppets gathered.
"That's a lot." He muttered.
He was worried about the safety of the citizens, but he couldn't be everywhere at once.
Based on Emperor Sheng's words, there were more than 500 thousand citizens in the Capital. That was a huge number, and Leo knew that he had no power to evacuate them all to the next city.
Fortunately, more than half had saved themselves after the attack on the Murim Alliance. The others also moved away from the Capital once the Murim Alliance declared war against the Mercenary Union. As a result, only a few actually stayed in the Capital.
Unfortunately, not all citizens were willing to be evacuated. There was no choice but to let them stay. Even if Sheng forced them, they would only slow down the evacuation.
The Emperor had chosen to leave them, but he had a hard time coming to that decision. At least he had informed them about the danger and told them to make a choice for themselves.
And now, Leo could see the result.
There were less than 10 thousand citizens following this evacuation's process, leaving more than 50 thousands inside the dangerous Capital.
Leo frowned at the numbers. If they were all sacrificed to Supreme Evil, he couldn't imagine what kind of power the Supreme Evil would have.
But it was not like he could do anything about it.
"I can always destroy the Capital first, but Sheng will not allow that."
A soft-hearted Emperor like Sheng wouldn't even think of sacrificing his people.
At that moment, he could hear the sound of footsteps behind him. The footsteps sounded unfamiliar, echoing loudly in the quiet air.
Leo turned around and saw a girl approaching him. She was short and looked like a child, but her expression was serious and mature.
Strangely, he didn't detect her. He was a bit reliant in Qi detection since he awakened it, but he also checked his radar every a minute or so.
The fact he didn't detect this girl meant that she had just arrived at the top of the wall, which was impossible for a normal human. He put up his guard and relaxed his stance.
"Hello, you're here to evacuate, right?" He asked, looking at the girl. "You can join the other citizens. It's still not too late. The stairs leading down are in that way."
She was like a monster, and Leo knew that he couldn't underestimate her.
He looked at the Nanites' analysis and read it through his smart lenses.

For some reason, the analysis was pretty slow. The progress slowed down as strange black fog began to appear around the woman.
"Interesting. So this is the person who killed me? The kick was hurt, but it's not enough. Am I getting weaker after that bastard Heart did something to me? Must be so. I shouldn't have taken over and merged with my little sister if my enemy is only this strong. But this will help me killing these people, so... Let's see if you can handle mental corruption."
The fog suddenly became thicker and spread out, covering the top of the wall.
Accompanied with the words she said before the fog spread, Leo knew this fog was bad news. Anyone who touched it probably would get mental corruption, making them crazy or becoming a follower of Supreme Evil.
Something within it contained a brainwash element or something close to it.
However...
'Mental corruption, huh?'
Leo didn't bother to dodge or put up any defense. Instead, he let himself got hit by the fog directly and stood still.
"Chiaki, monitor my vital and brain activity." He relayed his command to Chiaki, who stayed in the base. "I will try to analyze it from within. Send the data to the Main Cube. Find out this fog's substance and develop the antidote immediately. It seems Head is revived again and now combined with Eyes, becoming stronger."
"Understood, Leader. So that sham is becoming more creepy. I shall send the data in a few seconds," Chiaki responded through the communication device.
At the same time, the woman looked at Leo with a confused face. She seemed to be surprised that he didn't start screaming or attacking her like before.
"You... Why aren't you affected by it? Are you crazy?"
She asked and Leo smirked.
"Mental corruption disrupts a person's psyche by injecting dark Qi into their brain and dantian. The more one fights it, the more Qi it injects, making them go insane. However, it's not the first time I face something like this. It's just another type of brainwashing. And to cancel a brainwashing, I just need to refresh my brain and dantian. That's all."
"That's... That's impossible." The girl muttered, but she didn't know if she could believe him.
The fact that he let the fog hit him without any damage meant that he was strong, or maybe crazy, or...
"Haha... hahahaha! You can control your body as you please? And you can do it without drugs? Amazing! I have never seen something like this before. Oh, this new era is truly interesting."
Her eyes sparkled, and she licked her lips. She looked like a mad scientist who had found a new subject to experiment on.
Leo knew that he couldn't afford to waste any time with her. He knew she was the same type as Chiaki and the other mad scientists out there. And apparently, she became worse after Anya killed her once.
"Leader, I've finished the analysis."
