Long Chen smiled. “I told you, I’m decently strong. Protecting myself shouldn’t be a problem. You don’t need to worry about me.”
“Long Chen, you actually know how to lead in battle! That’s amazing,” praised Luo Ying.
When they had found themselves surrounded by the devil army, they had been truly frightened. Even Luo Yanfeng had been on edge. He reorganized their formations, keeping them in eight groups but adjusting their members. He moved all defense-specialized warriors out of Luo Yanfeng’s group, replacing them with those who excelled in offense. This turned Luo Yanfeng into the group’s spear, while Luo Jiang would handle their defense. Long Chen then took the defensive warriors into his own group.
Watching them run, everyone cheered. It was another complete victory. As long as they could control their fear, their combat power would rise to a new level.
“Continuing drilling the formation,” Long Chen ordered.
“Long Chen, shouldn’t we rest? After all—” Luo Yanfeng said.
“I am the commander,” stated Long Chen frankly.
Luo Yanfeng was startled but then remembered Long Chen’s earlier words. He quickly nodded. Seeing that, the others followed suit. They abandoned any thoughts of rest and continued their formation drills.
